Family and Friends Group Trip to Jamaica

My party of 12 mostly family, arrived in Jamaica at the end of February 2026 for one week. Our resort, Rui Ochos Rios was top notch. Clean, welcoming, food was great.. enough for the entire resort and quality was amazing.. something for everyone. In addition, we had a choice of 4 a la carts to chose from.
My experience arranging this trip with Kim was nothing short of perfect. Kim responded to every annoying email, text message, etc. that I could possibly throw at her. She responded with nothing but professionalism and did so in a timely manner. She helped navigate technology requirements for the airport both in Toronto and Jamaica. Provided names of contacts for shuttle service upon arrival which made the experience that much more relaxing. I cannot say enough about Kim and her service. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a large group trip or something more intimate. She's amazing!
